Is the price on a monthly basis?
Typically, yes. The cost is per company per month. In an annual plan, the cost is per company per year.
How are the annual billing and monthly billing different?
Annual Plan
The annual plans are billed per company per month. As each company is added, throughout the billing cycle (year) the cost is billed immediately for the prorated annual license cost. That cost is determined by the package selected.
Monthly Plan
The monthly plans are billed at the beginning of the cycle. Each company that is added in the middle of a billing cycle is tracked and billed at the beginning of the next cycle for the prorated amount of month that was remaining when that respective company was added. For this reason, there are occasions where the bill appears to be higher than the agreed-upon price. This is caused because the new cycle begins with a bill for all of the companies added and the prorated amounts for the companies added during the prior period.
Can the licenses be changed if the company doesn’t need reports?
Certainly. The licenses are not specific to any connected company, however, keep in mind that the reports and dashboards created are company-specific, so they will be lost when the company is disconnected.
Can we cancel anytime?
That sounds like a terrible idea, but yes.
Is there a contract?
Unless explicitly stated, there are no contractual obligations to continue to use Reach. If we can’t impress you, we understand if you need to go! With that said, there are no refunds for unused billing cycles, monthly or annual.
Does Reach Reporting offer a White Label for additional custom branding?
Yes, for an additional fee you can replace all Reach Reporting logos, favicons, and URLs. Learn more about white labeling and pricing here.
How soon can we start training and implementation?
Almost immediately after the subscription is started.
How extensive is the implementation?
There is almost no “implementation”. The training is thorough and there are videos and in-person training for individuals and groups based on the plan selected.
How does the package pricing work?
The packages are based on volume. Depending on the package selected, or the terms applied, the billing can be different or custom. With that said, the typical package selected will provide a discounted price based on the volume of companies in the package. The pricing provides a significant discount and therefore will have a minimum number of connected companies such as 10, 25, or 50 companies.
